Point of use tankless water boilers are installed right under the appliance where water is being used. This way water is almost instantly heated.

What are the benefits of a tankless water boiler?

Tankless water boilers provide annual savings in energy bills. There is no storage of hot water therefore there is no risk of standby heat loss. Standby energy loss occurs when water is kept heated in a tank even when it is not being used. Tankless water boilers have a minimum flow requirement before the boiler is activated. This means that there is a gap between the cold-water temperature and the coolest heated water that can be achieved with the water boiler.

Constant shower temperature is exceedingly difficult to obtain. The hot water temperature is inversely proportional to the water flow. This means that the faster the water flow the less time it must heat itself. Mixing cold and hot water to get a “just right” temperature can be annoying.
